Email Accounts: Depending on the number of email accounts you will receive with your website package, each additional email account will cost $15.00. If you would like to purchase an email account without a website package, the cost is then $25.00.
Hosting Your Website: If you have recently purchased a website package with us, or will purchase one, then hosting for the first year is FREE. If, however, you have not purchased a website package with us, hosting of your website is $250.00 each year. You may want to contact us for our sale prices when purchasing a hosting package with us for more than a year. When hosting with us, we maintain your website and you are entitled to the customary "once every 30 days" FREE updates. Additional updates within 30 day time period is $50.00 per update―address, telephone numbers and email changes are FREE anytime. Additionally, we will maintain the integrity of your website and provide you with valuable marketing strategies to promote your website business.
Troubleshooting computer problems is a service we cannot live without when it comes to our business running and relying heavily on computers. Computer problems, especially unexplained slow downs, system crashes and screen freezes occur at the least likely times, especially when computers are infected with Viruses, Trojans, Worms, Spyware, Adware and Malware. We work to rid you of those problems, while saving you from having to lose important data used to operate your business daily. Our prices are hourly, rounded out to the nearest hour when the problem is remedied within that time period. We will come to your office or home to conduct our diagnostics of your computer system. The flat hourly fee is $85.00.
